The Health Services Support program offers social services assistance to persons living with HIV. This program is offered as part of the Louisiana Office of Public Health-STD/HIV Program (Region IX) and the Health Resources and Services Administration Ryan White C.A.R.E. Act through office and community services.

The Service Personnel will coordinate access to appropriate levels of health and support services, ensure continuity of care, and provide on-going assessment of the person’s served needs.

This program provides these services to low income individuals who are residing in the Florida Parishes area only: Livingston, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, St. Tammany and Washington Parishes.
