Program Details
The Journey is a 5 to 7-month commitment. This outpatient recovery care program helps identify medical and mental health services and breaks down any barriers that stop individuals from accessing their appointments. The goal is to ensure that individuals become self-sufficient in accessing their appointments and are on the path to recovery and a new, sober life.
